The BBL laser is approved by the FDA for a variety of cosmetic treatments including the permanent reduction of hair on all skin types, as well as treatment for the reduction of brown spots, acne, rosacea, and skin tightening and rejuvenation. In addition, the BBL energy will target and eliminate many of the fine vessels that cause redness (such as spider veins, rosacea, and other red abnormalities) and the unwanted melanin responsible for pigmented lesions, such as age spots, freckles, and brown patches. BBL laser can also be used to effectively and quickly treat many vascular conditions that have red pigment in them including Angiomas, telangiectasia, small Spider Veins, rosacea and poikiloderma. Depending on the size of the area treated, dramatic improvement can often be seen with just one treatment!
Our experienced and certified laser technicians are able to treat a broad range of skin conditions caused by aging, active lifestyles, and sun exposure. Although it may be used anywhere, the most popular treatments are on the face, neck, back of the hands, chest and shoulders.
For optimal results, this procedure is typically repeated in a series of three to six treatments, at two to four week intervals. The number of treatments can vary depending on the area and the severity of the skin’s condition. Even after one treatment, most of our clients notice a smoother look and feel to their skin with improvements becoming more evident with every treatment.

Our Sciton BBL laser provides advanced Laser Hair Reduction and removal anywhere on the body. The laser uses light energy to remove the unwanted hair, thereby leaving your skin looking and feeling smoother without any downtime.
The BBL works by applying light energy, which is selectively absorbed by the melanin in hair follicles and converted to heat, ultimately destroying the hair follicle. Effective hair reduction can only be achieved during the active growth phase and hair reduction is considered permanent when a significant amount of hair does not return for a period of time longer than the complete growth cycle. After a series of treatments, most hair is permanently removed. However, if hair does regrow, it will be finer and lighter than before. Permanent Hair Reduction is only effective on dark pigmented hair and is not effective on blonde, gray or red hair.

The SkinTyte procedure utilizes BBL infared energy to deeply heat collagen within the skin, using rapid, gentle pulses. The result is tighter, firmer skin. By using a chilled sapphire cooling plate with the laser, the Skin Tyte laser provides appropriate protection as well as comfort, keeping the outer surface of your skin at a cool temperature before, during, and after each pulse. This innovative combination of BBL heating of deep collagen along with cooling of the surface skin results in the contraction of the collagen, without causing damage to surrounding tissues. Because collagen is a key factor in skin elasticity, the contraction of the collagen leads to tighter skin. The heating process also stimulates the body’s natural healing process, encouraging it to make more collagen, which also leads to a firming of the skin. There is no down time with this procedure.
The SkinTyte™ procedure is not a substitute for a face-lift. Results may vary from client to client. Most clients feel their skin is tighter after just one treatment, but visible improvements in skin looseness usually occurs over four to six months, as the collagen foundation of the skin is rebuilt and strengthened.
